Rewards Card on NTP has been frozen since beginning of October

Briefly describe your issue:
The Rewards card has not updated in over a month (screenshot is at the bottom). The Oct 1 - 30, changed to Nov 1 - Nov 30, but the other numbers have not. I missed claiming my October BAT rewards because the rewards icon in the address bar was being screwy and wouldn’t load. And since then I have not received any ads, even though it has said I had earned 0.80 BAT. I should have probably reported this earlier but I didn’t have time. I have turned the card on and off and didn’t change anything.

My goal for asking for support is so that I don’t lose my 50 BAT, as shown in the screenshot that I took today.

Never verified it.

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?
Yes I’ve been receiving BAT rewards for 2 years now.

No

Yes

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?
Its a PC so N/A

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices linked to Uphold??
Never had Auto-contribute on, plus never had Uphold setup.
