Reward profile "signed" on my phone (working on Mac)

Hello,
I’ve my reward profile verified by Uphold since about one year.
At some point, it became “not verified” o my phone, and I wasn’t able to verify it again, due to the error message “your account has been signed”.
I’m trying for month, but I’ve always same error.
Please, note that Brave connection with Uphold is still correcting working on my mac.
Furthermore, I did not any transaction or activity on my wallet, the Uphold one has been created only to transfer BAT Brave rewards from the browsers.

Can you share a screenshot?
I’ve no idea about Uphold ever giving errors like your profile has been signed.

If you do mean ‘Flagged’, then raise a ticket at

That will be an appeal to Brave to reinstate your account and that will be at Brave’s discretion to decide whether to reinstate your account or not.

Yes, it’s “flagged”, I made a mistake translating from Italian.

I’ve just opened a ticked, thank you.
It’s very strange on my laptop verifying process still works, despite the smartphone one.
