Reward For October Referral Confirmation Stopped Updating. Is This A Glitch/Bug?

As the title says, even my referrals are getting confirmed but the rewards are not reflecting.

This is really frustrating.

Can you guys shed some lights on what’s going on? Is This A Glitch/Bug?
