Reward Error: Different Account

Briefly describe your issue:
My old Uphold account got deleted, and now I have a new. I verified my new account and tried to connect it with my devices, but I got this error:

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?
Android 13: 1.47.188
Linux Manjaro: 1.47.186
Windows 11: latest
Windows 10: latest

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Does your device pass the SafteyNet check (Android only)?

Have you manually turned off Auto-contribute on all of your devices?

I just found this post. It says I should reach out to @Mattches

I know that I could just reset my rewards, but I have about 20 BAT on all my devices and if possible, I would like to keep them
