Correct. This was announced multiple places. They removed the Estimated Earnings section. All we see is how many ads we have viewed.
Correct. They never have been credited at the end of the month. We see ads from the first to the very last day of each month. Then it takes around a week to reconcile the ads and begin the payout process. Payouts begin around the 7th of each month and, depending on network congestion and other details, can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to complete.
