Returning to the homepage leads to a blank page

Description of the issue:
Hi!

Whenever I return to a previously opened homepage, I get a blank page for a few seconds.

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Go to the browser’s homepage
  2. Open another tab and search something
  3. Return to the previous homepage

Expected result: The homepage loads without rendering a blank page

Brave Version( check About Brave): v1.67 (127)

Any news here?
This is stopping me from migrating to Brave.
I am a new user, so I am unable to upload a video, but I think that this issue can be reproduced very easily.
