Resync my computer and now I cant connect to Gemini...Yes I am in the US and yes I was already verified on Gemini in the US but can not connect

Did fresh install on my mac and now cant connect to gemini with rewards.

What Operating System and Brave version are you using (Menu --> About Brave)?

All current just reinstalled everything brand spanking new.

Is your Brave Rewards Profile currently verified? (yes/no)

What date did you connect a your Brave Rewards Profile?

Years ago

Have you been able to successfully receive payments in the past?

Yes

Are you using a VPN? (yes/no)

Are you in a supported region (see here for list of supported regions)?

Yes Oregon in the United States and I had already been verified and had been getting rewards to my gemini account until this month.

This is your issue. Doing a fresh install is starting off like you never used Brave or Brave Rewards before. And since Gemini is unavailable, you wouldn’t be able to connect. The only way you’d have kept the connection is if you used your existing Rewards profile.

If you look at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/articles/6539887971469 you’ll see Gemini is only available for Creators only at this time. And even then, it’s just for the United States.

TL:DR = Installing brand new means you can’t connect. Gemini is not available. You will need to use Uphold or otherwise wait until either Gemini comes back or Brave starts on chain payments.

I am a Brave Creator. It would not let me connect that either.
