Resume from where I left off

Dear Brave Support Team,

I’m having a problem with the “Pick up where I left off” feature in the brave browser. When I reopen the browser, it doesn’t always pick up where I left off and sometimes it starts from the home page or a new tab.

I am using Brave browser version 1.48.171 on Windows and this problem has been going on for several days. I have tried restarting the browser, clearing the cache and cookies, and reinstalling the browser, but the problem persists.

Could you please help me solve this problem? If you need any additional information or October screenshots, please let me know.

Thank you for reaching out. Could be an extension you have installed or it may also be having data set to be cleared “on exit”. Can you tell me if you have any extensions installed at this time and/or if you have data set to be cleared on exit (Settings --> History --> Clear browsing data --> [on exit])?

Thank you for getting back to me. I have checked and I do not have any extensions installed in my Brave browser. Regarding the “Clear browsing data on exit” option, I have checked the settings and it is currently disabled.

I am still experiencing the issue with the “Resume from where I left off” feature not working properly in the Brave browser. Is there any other solution you could suggest to help me resolve this issue?
