Whilst I was looking for a solution, I found a few posted that were unanswered satisfactorily so I thought I would share my very simple solution.
The scenario is that you download a page from Brave on Android and then want to open it offline on a desktop browser.
So download the page as normal and copy it via whatever method you like to get it one your Windows PC (I emailed it to myself).
Save the file. It typically will not have a file extension. Change or add the file extension “mhtml”. This should be recognised as a known extension which can be opened by your default browser. That’s it - simple!
