Resolve "DNS_Probe_Possible" error

For several days, certain websites produce DNS_Probe_Possible reload.
I’m able to reach my email at “outlook.com” on my phone, but whenon my desktop, I get this error message:
This site can’t be reached login.live.com’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.
DNS_PROBE_POSSIBLE
reload.

Not all websites are effected. Interestingly, Brave support can’t be reached.
I’m using Version 1.37.116 Chromium: 100.0.4896.127 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Please help.

Hi

I just logged in to microsoft account, one of the links you provided, without problem.
Do you use VPN?

Try disabling secure dns here brave://settings/security?search=dns
Try testing google public dns 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4.
