If this is not the case, You can not restore your old wallet and the balance you had on it. All BAT you had in the old wallet will be lost.
Probably not the answer you were hoping for. But there is nothing you or the Brave support can do to restore it.
You can copy in the old files. It will show you the old amount of BAT you had before. But it will not give you the old wallet back. And it will “bug out” and you wont even have a wallet at all. And it also will not create a new one with saving the old rewards.
