Request: option to override reported size

On a Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Oreo, some websites will not render correctly. Particularly, they seem to believe the screen is wider than it is and there’s no ability to scroll/pan.

So either I need a way to pan sideways - or override the reported media size so the sites will render correctly.
