Request for assistance with Uphold account change

Dear Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance with my Uphold account. I would like to change the account associated with my browser rewards, as the data for my previous account was lost when I restarted my computer. However, when attempting to link my current Uphold account to the browser, I am receiving an error message indicating that I have exceeded the limit for accounts linked to that Uphold account.

I would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this issue so that I can continue to receive rewards on my new Uphold account.


You’ll need to create a Rewards Support Ticket to see if they can help. Make sure you provide details in there with your Wallet Payment ID, the email associated with Uphold, etc.
