"Report a bug" forces user out of Private Browsing

Description of the issue: The “Report a bug” button in Brave Browser for iOS forces the user out of private browsing.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Enable “Private Browsing Only” in the Privacy settings.
  2. Click the “Report a bug” button in the Support settings.

Actual Result: The Brave community site is opened outside of private browsing.

Expected result: The Brave community site is opened in private browsing.

Reproduces how often: Every time.

Brave Version: 1.7.3 (19.01.25.15)

Mobile Device details: iPhone X (A1901)

Android/iOS Version: iOS 12.1.3 (16D39)
