Description of the issue: Repetitive cookie notice from Quantcast in portuguese

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Go to leitor.expresso.pt
  2. Notice the popover, click OK
  3. Reload page
  4. Popover reappears.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!): will attach at home

Expected result: no popover

This is because Brave is blocking the site from setting 3rd party cookie. So every refresh its trying to se the cookie but shields is blocking it. The workaround is to disable 3rd party cookie on the page via shields.

Is it possible to set that cookie specifically without disabling for all 3rd party cookies?

Yes if you disable Block 3rd party cookies from shields (Lion icon) on that page, the setting only affects that particular domain and not all the sites.
