Reordering of bookmarks is not possible

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Select a bookmark with your mouse (hold left mouse button)
  2. Move the bookmark to another location in the bookmark bar
  3. Nothing happpens (bookmark is still on the same old place)

Expected result:
The bookmark should be on the new location

Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.34.80 Chromium: 97.0.4692.71 (Offizieller Build) (64-Bit)
OpenSuse TumbleWeed (x64)

Additional Information:
Ordering bookmarks is also not possible in brave://bookmarks/
I’ve tried it with all extensions disabled - same result

I’ve no clue what’s going wrong here… seems to be quite an issue… :frowning:
