Rendering Bug when resizing the window

Description of the issue:
When resizing the window vertically and horizontally, it gets laggy and there seem to be rendering issues. It takes one or two seconds to render correctly. I don’t have this problem with for instance firefox.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1.
Launch Brave
2. Click on the lower right corner and drag the window corner to resize the window.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected R esult:
The window should render smoothly with resizing.

Always

Brave Version:
Version 1.45.116 Chromium: 107.0.5304.91 (Official Build) unknown (64-bit)

Reproducible on current live release (yes/no):
Yes

Additional information:
I’m using Manjaro Linux with GNOME 43.1. GPU is a RTX2060 SUPER

Hello @HolyRadiation, thank you for bringing this to our attention. Can you try disabling Hardware Acceleration in settings to see if this resolves the issue?

You’ll find this in Settings --> Additional Settings --> System --> Hardware Acceleration

Also, going to brave://flags > Search 'Vulkan' > Disable Vulkan > Retest

Which GPU drivers in Linux are you using? @HolyRadiation

I’m also affected, on Fedora 37 with Mesa 22.2.3. Using Brave Flatpak. Tested both disabling hardware acceleration and disabling vulkan in Brave Flags, neither fix the problem.
