Was just raising a ticket for the same thing and found this, so +1 vote from me. Checking now, the parameter name is different for me, so below is my draft for the same issue.
Use case: Facebook adds a URL parameter to outbound links named fbid. The logic is that the next website can read that parameter in order to track usage of a given link.
Suggestion: Allow Brave users to specify URL parameters they would like stripped from URLs (perhaps on a per-domain basis). These could be stripped on rendering the page, or on clicking or copying the link URL.
