Remove annoying messages about cookies

Instead of following the RFC defined way of informing users about cookies many websites have begun to do this by JavaScript. Some of these are just annoying, others are very resource consuming.

This is in my opinion a violation of established web standards where this are communicated to a well standardized HTTP header.

I am probably not the only user that do not want to see this messages, but instead want to handle cookies according to web standards, within the browsers user interface. Or even within a proxy server. But not in JavaScript overlays that often requires user interaction before the user can access the website in question.

To implement this is obviously going to be a bit problematic since there are probably lots of very different implementations of such cookie messages. Also websites are in some cases required by law to display some information so they might be motivated to circumvent ad blockers in order to comply with the law.
