Remote Devices doesn't work as in Chrome

Description of the issue:
I have the same problem as here:

Description of the issue: When i try to use the inspector of remote device from developer tools it doesn’t work and the inspect window show a blank white page although i can do that on chrome and chromium. Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary): 1. 2. 3. Connect your mobile device (that has aversion of app you need to debug) to the computer. This is a closed topic from almost an year ago, but the problem still persists.
Will it be fixed in a next release?

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
1 Connect the device to PC
2 Open DevTools
3 Navigate to Remote Devices section
4 Select your device and click on the Inspect button

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):
An empty window appears with an infinite loading

Expected result:
The screen with my connected device (as it happens in Chrome)

Reproduces how often:
Every time

Operating System and Brave Version(See the About Brave page in the main menu):
Windows: 10 Pro
Brave: Version 0.65.121 Chromium: 75.0.3770.100 (Official Build) (64-bit)
