Please do a release note update for every branch…

for now it is just for stable version, but well nightly users don’t actually care about it ^^

Nightly fetches changes from GitHub twice a day. As such, there’s no time to write proper release notes, and the closest thing you can get is watching brave-core and brave-browser for new commits.
