Reinstalled windows, restored Brave but not BAT

I had to re-install windows and restored Brave with the seed but no BAT is showing up on my balance.

Strangely the estimated pending rewards look correct but I’m missing around 193.6 BAT.

The account is unverified with Uphold as of yet but I plan to do this in the future and would have expected any BAT earned to stay in the wallet. All BAT earned via ads.

How can I restore my balance?

Anyone? - This seems pretty crappy if this is a regular thing that happens.

Will my balance be automatically be restored or have a lost months worth of BAT because you can’t simply re-install something?
