Whats going on?

Am I correct in seeing your macOS is 10.15.7 Catalina?

I hate to say it but you are outdated for Brave now my friend and I don’t work for Apple or Intego but I’d encourage you to upgrade just due to security concerns, see the Intego Mac Security Blog articles for some food for thought:

https://www.intego.com/mac-security-blog/what-to-do-with-an-old-mac/

ACTUALLY seeing the bottom article below, maybe not  but still, this is a, in tech years, ancient version of brave you are using so there isn’t much that can be done I don’t think :man_shrugging:

@Key, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. You may need to test a few things to narrow down the issue. For example, have you tried using a private window? Does the issue happen in a new browser profile?

You haven’t mentioned whether you’ve been able to update the browser or your OS, so if there have been any changes, that might help. If you can share a video or more details about the issue, it would also be helpful. Right now, the way it’s described is a bit hard to follow, so any extra info would be great.
