Refund purchase or automatic renewal without my permission

Hello support team,

I would like to request a refund for a purchase made on my Google Play account. This purchase was made accidentally and I did not intend to make the transaction.
The purchase was without my consent, Auto Debit from Shopeepay, Shopeepay Balance is empty then Auto Debit or automatic transfer from Seabank without my knowledge or permission

Here are the purchase details:

Item/game name: Brave Firewall + VPN (Annual) (Brave Browser Web: VPN, AI)

Purchase date: 2025-05-14

Order ID: GPA.3377-8554-0857-21222..0.

I have not used the item and hope to get a refund according to Google Play policy. Thank you for your understanding.
