Refresh on canceled page shows about:blank

Description of the issue:

If you don’t have internet and open a page then cancel with x, and then refresh the page the URL changes to about:blank

How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Connect to your mobile hotspot without mobile internet
  2. Open URL by
  3. Cancel because there are no internet
  4. Connect internet on your mobile phone
  5. Refresh the page

Expected result:

The URL should stay the same
