Why are some countries shown in multiple groups? For example, the U.S. is shown in Group 1 and Group 5. What does this mean?
My second question is about deposits into Uphold from my publisher account. If I change the currency from BAT to USD, will all my earnings be given as the USD amount per day? Or will I still be given the BAT equivalent of the dollar amount every day until it is deposited into Uphold, where the BAT would then be converted to USD on that one day?
