Reducing the page loads of sites

I often have many pages open. I would like to be able to make a temporary folder that is open all the time where i can drag and drop pages i do not want to close but i want to put them aside for now. Is that possible ?

I would either create a folder on the bookmarks bar and add those sites to that folder, or you can create a tab group for these tabs:
