I keep getting redirected to random websites which unsafe in nature, this happens on the manga site i use https://www.nelomanga.net/ . So far i have tried using different devices and wifi also deleted all cookies etc. I dont even click on adds, this happens when my finger is simply on page or image of manga. And i also enabled alot content filtering from brave settings but its not helping much
