Recover older wallet from 16-word phrase

Found my old wallet recovery key but it is an old 16-word phrase
Windows 10, latest version of Brave

I found a thread with the same problem here: Recover older wallet

It advised the user to go to a link but that link is now dead. Wondering if anyone can help me recover my old wallet?

** update – the link isn’t actually dead, it just redirects me to a sign in page and from here it gets stuck in a loop. I cannot sign in, I cannot create an account, it just keeps sending me around in circles. **
