Recompensas error

Aunque veo el la cantidad de anuncios no varia el número de Bat a pagar además pueden ver el listado de errores en el log. Que debo hacer para que funcionen las recompensas.

@eleonardb your balance only goes up when you receive payments, which is once per month. As you show, it says you have seen 161 ads. So it’s keeping count.

You do not say when you connected your device to Uphold, what version of Brave you’re using, or any of the information requested in the template. I’m not sure why you, like some others recently, are deciding to ignore all instructions and questions.

If you connected your device to Uphold in May or earlier and were expecting payment here in June, then you need to create a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 as the template you deleted had instructed.

If you just recently connected your device at the very end of May or here in June, then your first payment should be here in July.

conecte antes pero verifique la cuenta de uphold el dia 18/05/2025 y ahi muestro mi version de brave lo que no me dicen es el porque de los logs de error

@eleonardb the error log is expected behavior. For example, I’ll share a screenshot of mine below. Without going into detail, most of the errors there aren’t actually errors but is just it showing that it was checking to see if you could view an ad yet and realizing it can’t. So the “error” was it trying to show an ad but it not being allowed to yet.

Anyway, if you haven’t done so yet, to get the best assistance for your issue you will need to create that support ticket. The form has you provide extra details so they can look at your account specifically Again, that’s a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431

Side Note (unrelated to your problem)

There was another update to Brave to 1.79.119 where they patched a vulnerability. You can see more on that at Release Channel 1.79.119. You may wish to run an update.

Muchas gracias pensaba era problemas de mi configuración. Ya solo toca esperar si llegan las recompensas mas adelante.
