Recently downloaded mobile and verified my wallet when i synced my desktop it crashed and now that wallet is gone

How do you recover a wallet? I had bat (rewards and I purchased crypto on my desktop, but when i synced with the mobile app it crashed and its all gone)

Windows 10 OS (was my old one that ive used for years, just downloaded mobile version for android) Brave version for mobile 1.41.100 brave version for laptop kept crashing so i reinstalled it

I have tried over and over. It will not let me without a valid id, but when i try to look at the id it says i have no wallet and my total bat is 0. So please let me know how im supposed to see what my wallet id is
