I am unable to connect my Brave wallet to receive BAT as Brave Rewards for viewing ads on my Android phone.

The 4 custodial account options are all unavailable.
However, according to a help article one can also use a self custodial wallet like Brave Wallet and
use an address from there to get BAT.
The region I am in has 6 ad campaigns and doesn’t appear on the unavailable jurisdictions list.
I see no option to connect the Brave Wallet.
