No, they don’t. We don’t have to open a single website to earn BAT. You do need notifications, but that`s something else entirely and often goes unseen by people depending on your device settings. It’s extremely passive.

Question is, was yours one of the rollover amounts? If so, then you still got paid but it was delayed. They announced issues and worked to resolve it. Yes, it took months to get resolved and some are still getting caught up on it, but they have not wronged anyone.

If you claim there’s missing BAT or any issues, then it’s recommended you submit a Support Ticket
