Maybe I missed it somewhere, but the Reader mode appears to eliminate any graphical or media content in the article. I read a lot of finance articles and without the accompanying charts, it’s pretty useless. Any maps, photos of items the article is about, accompanying animated/video illustrations, etc., should be included in the article.
At the very least, there should be some placeholder indicating the presence of a graphical item so the reader will know they are missing something and can toggle Reader off.
