Random Tab Crashes, WinDebugger points to "chrome.dll"

I’m going to have to go back to Duck&Go. After almost 2 years on Brave, I just can’t deal with the continuous, random “Aw Snap” tab crashes anymore. They occur randomly and with random websites. All extensions are OFF, hardware acceleration is OFF (though that seemed to fix it for a few days). When Brave is courteous enough to leave me a crash dmp in the c:\Users<name>\AppData\Local\CrashDumps, Windows debugger, without fail, consistently points to “chrome.dll.” The error may change, but it’s always a “violation” and only the memory addresses change.

I’ll check back in a couple of months to see if the problem persists. Thanks for the privacy and the fun.

**Description of the issue:**Random “Aw Snap” tab crashes
How can this issue be reproduced? Run the browser and just wait for awhile being active.

Expected result:

**Brave Version( check About Brave): 122.1.63.174

Additional Information:

Well, that was short. DuckduckGo tabs crash as well, and they point to a renderer from Microsoft called WebView2. More research will be required.

Thanks,
TheFNGee
