R2L (Hebrew) single paragraph displayed in wrong direction on Oneplus 6T

In specific cases a single paragraph is displayed in L2R. This happens one my Oneplus 6T in Brave, It is displayed correctly on Oneplus 6T Chrome and on Pixel 3a with Brave and on my Win7 with brave.

Description of the issue:
Attached are two jpg’s named “correct R2L disply” and “wrong R2L display” in the 2nd, the lower paragraph is reversed.

How can this issue be reproduced?

1.this requires access to the site (i.e. payment). If needed I willing to be test site)

Does this work correct on Chrome?

Yes, it works on on my oneplus 6T with Chrome AND it works with BRAVE on pixel 3a and brave on Win7
