Description of the issue:
Quick Search not turning off permanently even though toggling it “off.” Once you toggle it once, it will be turned off. However, reloading the page causes the toggle to come back on.
How can this issue be reproduced?
Expected result:
Be able to turn off Quick Search off/on as expected without aberrant toggling.

In terms of the Command-Line magic, I was unable to find nor search for the Brave Browser Shortcuts that I could right click>Properties
