Quick-search Google Cannot be Removed

Description of the issue:
iOS Brave browser displays Google as a Quick-search option, however, it is not possible to disable in Settings.

Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):

  1. Go into Settings, then Search Engines
  2. Search Engines (both Standard Tab and Private Tab) are set to DuckDuckGo. “Show Search Suggestions” is disabled.
  3. For Quick-search Engines, all options are disabled. Note that Google is not listed. Additionally, DuckDuckGo cannot be disabled in this list.
  4. Go to a browser tab. Begin typing in the address bar and the Quick-search appears at the bottom of the browser. Google is present. There is no function to disable Google from appearing. Additionally, there is no function to disable Quick-search entirely.

Actual Result (gifs and screenshots are welcome!):

Expected result:
I don’t expect to see Google at all, yet there it is. I expect to be able to disable Quick-search completely, yet it is impossible.

Reproduces how often:

Seems like we have an update in just a couple weeks that will likely resolve this issue (along with several others). Can’t find an issue logged for it but I’ll dig around for one and drop it in this thread if I find it. Thank you for reporting!
