Description of the issue:
iOS Brave browser displays Google as a Quick-search option, however, it is not possible to disable in Settings.
Steps to Reproduce (add as many as necessary):
- Go into Settings, then Search Engines
- Search Engines (both Standard Tab and Private Tab) are set to DuckDuckGo. “Show Search Suggestions” is disabled.
- For Quick-search Engines, all options are disabled. Note that Google is not listed. Additionally, DuckDuckGo cannot be disabled in this list.
- Go to a browser tab. Begin typing in the address bar and the Quick-search appears at the bottom of the browser. Google is present. There is no function to disable Google from appearing. Additionally, there is no function to disable Quick-search entirely.

Expected result:
I don’t expect to see Google at all, yet there it is. I expect to be able to disable Quick-search completely, yet it is impossible.
