Question About Monitor Refresh Rate

Hello. Most of the posts around the internet and any refresh rate issues seem to focus on Brave on mobile. I’m using a new PC that keeps desktop at 120hz refresh rate and Brave is a flickering mess. All other Chromium browsers, Firefox, etc seem fine but Brave is my daily driver. Is there a setting or something else obvious I’m missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Windows 10 x64 / Version 1.19.86

Would be good to know something about this. I’ve a 144hz monitor. I can scroll in Edge Chromium and it be butter smooth, whereas Brave is a bit of a jumpy mess to be honest.
