QoL things for other schemes

basically any time I try to access a link of a different scheme, be it a steam:// link or a magnet or whatever I always get asked “open xdg-open”.

this is frankly a bit annoying and while it is understandable to ask for non-browser schemes, why not

  1. show which application is ACTUALLY used
  2. add a checkbox to always allow that specific scheme/application combination.
