PWA: Start full screen option

Currently PWA’s are VERY nice, especially being able to force install websites as them. However an feature that would make PWA’s feel much more like actual apps is a toggle

For an example, this image. This would be an easy way to make PWA’s a much better experience, with as shown in the example one big area this would benefit being using Discord as a PWA.

For those with screen readers: The toggle says Start in fullscreen. It’s intended to usually be used alongside open as window but can be used separate if you want what is effectively a bookmark that sets you to fullscreen.
