Purevpn extension not working well

I installed Purevpn extension in both Chrome and Brave. In Chrome, after I install the extenstion and login in, I easily and lightly click connect button, the extension starts working, while Brave doesn’t work in the same way. In Brave, it requires for another step to login in even i have logged in inside the extension.

And the most difficult part is, which drives me crazy, sometimes the log-in page(as attached) appears, sometimes it doesn’t :frowning: .

Is someone know what is the problem? and how to fix this?

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or it is a bug of Brave? Frustrated. :cry:

Finally get this resolved. When log in the account, need to input the user name and password from manual setting.(It is different from the account and password when creating account.)
