I have big problem here. My account uses google ads to refer users around the world. I stopped running my ads before there was an announcement from Vinny about a brand keyword violation. He said he will open my account when I stop running ads and get forgiven only once. I have been sending mail for over 2 months now but have no answer and have not opened an account. How long will it take me to reopen my account?
