Providing PDFs via DocumentProvider and media via MediaProvider

Hi,

two related requests for Android-specific functionality:

  1. For Brave to to implement the MediaProvider interface and publish the images and films it has (entirely/partly) in its cache.

  2. For Brave to implement the DocumentProvider interface and publish .pdf, .doc and .docx files it’s seen a link to.

Forwarding someone a PDF is a bit involved now; retrieving the PDF into the sending app directly from Brave’s DocumentProvider would be nicer.
