Protopage ads don't get fully blocket, frame still there

Description of the issue:
https://www.protopage.com ads showing, even if the ad gets blocket the two frames is still there and a new text comes up saying you need to pay to remove it.

Just a quick check, I didnt have a login. but it seems fine from the default homepage? Do you have another/different url to test?
