Proper procedure to format PC

I tried looking through some of the previous posts but there is no conclusive answer.

  1. My PC is due for a format. Am I to understand that for me to not lose my rewards, all I need to do is to sync with the wallet provider (Uphold/Gemini)?

  2. In order for me not reach the 4 wallet limit on Uphold, how do I unregister/save the current wallet and restore it back after I format my PC?

If you’re on Windows, backup this entire folder: C:\Users\USER\AppData\Local\BraveSoftware and then move it to same place after format.

Doing so, no need to worry about device limits, since your devices IDs will be the same. Simply verify your wallets again.

Anyway, there’s no device limit anymore…
