Prompts on the URL line to "Open [the webpage] in TOR"

Just curious.

Some websites prompt/invite the user to “Open in TOR”? in a ‘pop-up’ at the far right of the URL field after the URL has been loaded.

Is this a Brave ‘suggestion’ or is it coming from the webpage’s website?

Technically it’s both. It is a Brave feature that is triggered when visiting a site that has alternative .onion locations in their header.
