Hey @steeven I verified my wallet and claimed my rewards on 2 profiles and on my main one, under events in rewards-internals it says promotion_vbat_drained and I have not seen my BAT be deposited. On my other profile, I was told I am flagged, for what reason? I don’t know but does that mean I will not receive the BAT from that profile I claimed the other day? I know you guys deal with a lot but this has been the third time I have had to reach out to you and you have come through every time, I am beyond grateful for that but is there a way to fix my profiles once and for all?
