When you say you tried emailing support, if you are speaking of creating a Rewards Support Ticket at https://support.brave.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001302431 then that means there’s nothing more to be done for that Rewards account. If they refuse to reinstate your account, it’s because they are confident you abused Rewards, committed fraud, and/or violated Terms in some way that was intentional.
