Profile error ocurred: some features may be unavailable

Description of the issue:
How can this issue be reproduced?

  1. Launch brave
  2. A message will automatically appear saying “profile error ocurred: some features may be unavailable”

Expected result:
No error window and no log out accounts whenever re launch
**Brave Version( check About Brave):
Version 1.36.122 Crhomium: 99.0.4844.88 (Official build) (64 bits)
Additional Information:
I have tried uninstalling and installing again, as well as closing brave from task administrator and restarting pc but it has not work
